Some men, for some strange reasons are scared to marry nurses. This is not the case of all nurses because there are nurses who are very good and friendly on and off duty. This is therefore not a news to be debated about. Even though, some men for some personal decisions, have shown their utmost fear of getting a nurse as a wife, this does not serve as a barricade to nurses getting good and responsible husbands.
This article pinpoint major crucial reasons why most men are afraid to marry or even date female nurses.

Lack of Time & Attention
Some men feel nurses hardly get time for their partners and even children due to the nature of their work hence are reluctant in going out with them. And mostly, they are at work and working all the time, so having a moment with them becomes hard and not easy. Some men have also shared their concerns that, most nurses are hard to get to go out on a romantic picnic or even a date.
They Are Most Exhausted & Tired.
Most men complain that nurses always return home late and tired hence unable to perform house duties or the responsibilities of a wife or a girlfriend. This is because, they are mostly exhausted. Their working days is a busy one and their weekends are also used to rest and relax their body depending on their shift system.
Loyalty
Some men have the view that female nurses are not loyal and they are normally cheats. They are perceived to have affairs with colleagues during night shifts and at times with patients who come to the hospital or clinic for treatment. In this case, some men have decided not to have any form of serious romantic relationships with nurses.
They Are Rude
There is this general perception Ghanaians especially, have about female nurses being rude. It may not necessarily be their fault due to the pressure at work hence may sound rude on a few occasions but that really isn’t how or who they are on their normal days. Sometimes, the way they react toward patients called for this attention.

Disease/ Germs
Strangely, some men feel nurses will carry germs or diseases from the work place to the house and infect the family. For this strange reason, some men have opted not or never to get themselves married to a female nurse. Most nurses have however disputed this fact. According to them, staying healthy and hygienic is part of their well-being, so whatever is been circulated or rumored about them is untrue.
These are purely enlisted points from people’s opinion. Don’t hesitate to date or marry a nurse because of these reasons. They are wonderful and lovely people to be with. Just that work has caught them that way.
